Job Summary | The Administrative Specialist serves as the primary point of contact in the Office of the President for visitors and callers and is responsible for ensuring that all parties receive prompt, professional and courteous attention when contacting the President’s Office. The Administrative Specialist may independently respond to inquiries, assist the visitor/caller on appropriate next steps, or direct to the appropriate person or department. In addition, the Specialist acts as the Building Coordinator for the Troy Building; is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the offices on the 3rd and 4th floors designated to the President; ensures that office supplies and equipment are inventoried and maintained; and ensures that electronic and paper records are filed and/or destroyed as appropriate. Additionally, the Administrative Specialist performs a full range of secretarial and administrative duties supporting the President’s staff. Residential Assistant Supervisor -
Albany residential has an immediate need for a full-time ResidentialAssistant Supervisor. This position is responsible for supervising direct care staff as well as working as part of the direct care team who collectively provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and regulation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising program activity as related to client treatment plans
- Supervision and evaluation of direct care staff

POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric services as assigned
- Provide consultation to staff on diagnostic and treatment questions
- Participate in formal and informal training and education to staff
- Prescribe medications, monitor, and review of drug regimen for enrolled individuals
- Participate in quality assurance activities
- Provide clinical expertise, consultation, and technical assistance, cooperate with the County and participate in any quality audit and utilization review ·Provide on-site/community based/home visits medication evaluations and reviews.
- Requires Board Certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
- Must be fully licensed Nurse Practitionerin the State of New York.
- National Provider Identification (NPI) - issued by the federal Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). All electronic prescriptions in NYS require an NPI. Claims processing functions also require the NPI of nurse practitioners and physicians.
- Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) number– issued by the United States Department of Justice Department DEA to nurse practitioners and physicians to prescribe controlled substances. DEA registration must be renewed every three years for those issued a prescriber registration.
- NYS Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement (NYS DOH BNE) registration – issued by the NYS DOH BNE to nurse practitioners and physicians to prescribe controlled substances. NYS DOH BNE registration must be renewed every two years for those issued a prescriber registration.
- NYS Medicaid Enrollment - in cases in which a Prescriber is prescribing to a NYS Medicaid enrolled client. Revalidation must occur at least every five years.

As a Residential Youth Counselor, you will provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to agency policy and governing bodies' (DSS, OMH, JCAHO, etc.) requirements for elementary aged children.. You will work on-site on our Albany campus and will report to the Residential Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Provide for the physical and psychological needs of clients, including physical safety, hygiene, clothing, food, cooking, medical care, and providing a reliable and nurturing environment.
1:1 Residential Counselor
You will follow an individual youth’s 1:1 expectations plan, ICMP, and any safety plans in place.
Engage the youth in activities and conversation that are age appropriate and at the appropriate developmental level.
Document in writing a summary of each shift.
Learn the history and specific issues associated with the youth who requires 1:1; will learn how to safely manage any crisis.
Seek and obtain training in any particular area specific to the youth who requires 1:1care.
Transport 1:1 client for medical, mental health, and other essential needs.
RC1
You will must be able to work within trauma informed framework of program, including identifying and using coping/safety plans, maintaining consistency, providing regular routine, and controlling own response to youth.
Engage and form positive relationship with all youth served.
Complete all mandatory trainings according to programmatic guidelines.
Display basic competency in TCI techniques.
Follow outlined program routines, therapeutic plans of youth, and program rules and protocols.
Work as part of a team including colleague residential counselors, clinicians, on line oncall, supervisors, and other administrative and functional support staff.

Complete and maintain documentation to meet programmatic and regulatory standards.

Form positive relationships with more challenging youth and families.

Display critical thinking and problem solving skills related to residential program needs.

A valid, clean driver's license is required.

**Sign On Bonus $5,000** (paid in 2 parts 1/2 at 30 days and1/2 at a year)
As an Art Teacher, you will provide art education that follows the NYS standards to children grades K-12. You will report to the Assistant Principal (Principal) and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize art materials and equipment,
- Provide therapeutic art instruction to individuals, small groups, and classrooms,
- Provide leadership in a variety of school-wide art events and activities,
- Work with school administration to deliver art experiences to students in a variety of school-wide venues on the agency campus,
- Provide subject area instruction (Art) that follows the NYS K-12 Art Curricula and provides students with appropriate level art lessons and age experiences.
- Develop and implement art instructional materials to provide individual and small group instruction to students of various ability levels grades K-12.

Representative Job Duties | Some of the duties for this position include: Lead regular meetings with individual fundraisers to review prospect data, identify opportunities to advance cultivation, assess performance on overall goals, and progress within individual prospect portfolios. Guide individual fundraisers and development staff by providing recommendations for potential major donors for cultivation and solicitation. Analyze data to help drive prospect discovery and prioritize the top prospective donors for qualification by development staff. Create lists on an ad-hoc basis as requested by prospect development team members or fundraising partner to support fundraising initiatives by incorporating the use of database segmentation analysis, external resources, electronic screenings, and peer-review/focus group results. Assist in managing pipeline and goal reporting for the campaign and ensure progress toward annual goals is documented and continually updated for major, principal, and capital fundraising outcomes in close collaboration with fundraising staff.
